Gyotaku is a traditional Japanese art form originating in the 1800s involving ink prints of prized fish. Our cutting boards are inspired by the original practice but have a modern spin made possible by laser engraving. We offer our fish engravings on 14” x 26” x 7/8” premium hardwoods.
